Date bars recipe
These delicious raw date bars are super easy to make, bursting with nutrients and of course, taste delicious!
Making them is literally chucking all the ingredients into a blender, popping them into a tray and sticking them in the fridge. That's all it takes! Probably the easiest recipe I've ever made.
The great thing about them is all the ingredients are natural so it makes a great healthy snack, completely gluten-free and coeliac friendly and also suitable for vegans and vegetarians. They last up to 5 days and are great for snacking on the go.
Equipment needed for this recipe:
Blender or food processor
Small baking dish or tin
For my topping I used fresh raspberries, I squashed them with a fork and added a sprinkle of 0 calorie sweetener. Then I added some shredded coconut and drizzled with chocolate syrup.
