Healthy Summer Ice Lollies
Summer is officially in full swing, and it is HOT! As soon as summer hits I always crave lots of fruit as they taste so sweet in this season. There is nothing better than a cold sweet ice lolly to cool me down in this heat. So I made three different homemade fruit ice lollies. Each lolly is 100% fruit and so simple to make.
Equipment needed for this recipe:
Ice lolly moulds (If you don't have any you can use a paper/plastic cup or ice cube tray!)
blender or food processor
Mango, Grapefruit and beetroot Ice lolly
Pomegranate and Kiwi ice lolly
Mango, Raspberry and Blueberry Ice Lolly
