Matcha Kiwi Chia Jars

Chia pudding has become a new favourite snack for me, its high fibre content keeps me feeling full for a long time which is exactly what I look for in a snack. These chia jars are so simple to make and can be eaten as a snack or a light meal. Each portion contains 35g of protein which makes it a delicious post-workout snack! For this recipe, I chose matcha and kiwi as my flavour but there are so many delicious combinations to try! I am super pleased with how this yummy recipe turned out and will definitely be experimenting with different flavours soon!
