High protein healthy breakfast to start your day the right way!

Overnight oats are definitely one of my go-to breakfasts when I'm having a busy day.

Not only are they simple and quick to make, but they also taste delicious. The ingredients I use will provide a healthy balanced meal and keep you feeling satiated for a long time. I've experimented with lots of different concoctions but these four are definitely my favourites. The flavours I've created are Coconut and mango, blueberry, Matcha and Kiwi and strawberry.

Each recipe is high in protein either from the yoghurt or protein powder, healthy fats from the chia seeds and a great source of slow-releasing carbohydrates from the oats.

This recipe is especially convenient for your weekly meal prep and can last up to 5 days in the fridge. The vibrant colours also make them an exciting meal for the kids!
