Pink Berry Smoothie Bowl

As the weathers been so lovely I decided I had to make a smoothie bowl. It make's a great pre-workout meal because of the high carb content from the fruit and tastes sweet and delicious.

For this bowl I used:

Two frozen bananas

60g frozen strawberries

50g frozen raspberries

80ml coconut milk

Simply blend the ingredients up and add to a bowl. Then choose your toppings, I used grapefruit, fresh strawberries and raspberries. I also added hemp seeds for some added protein and coconut flakes.

This smoothie bowl tastes like dessert and makes a delicious breakfast! I will definitely be making different variations soon!
