Salad season has arrived and I couldn't be happier! Salads are so versatile and can be made in so many different delicious ways. This yummy prawn salad is high in protein and was super filling. I have recently become a fan of adding fruit to my salads, I used to hate the idea of it but don't knock it until you've tried it right? It gives so much extra flavour and adds a pop of colour too! I've made a delicious miso mayonnaise dressing to go with this salad, which I literally just threw together at random and it turned out so good!
Another delicious tip is adding seeds to your salad bowls, it gives an extra crunch! I've used pumpkin seeds and hemp hearts which are great sources of protein! The best part of this yummy salad is that it takes under 5 minutes to make and will keep you feeling satiated for a long time.
