Slow-cooked Beef

This recipe is super simple and easy to make with minimal effort and even less cleaning up which is always a bonus!

To make this dish I simply used diced lean beef, one tbsp of olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper!

First, preheat a pan to medium heat and add the olive oil. Once the oil has heated up add the beef cubes to the pan. Sprinkle the seasonings and let the beef lightly fry for around a minute each side. This step is to make sure the flavours are locked in!

Next, add the beef to a slow cooker and leave to cook on a slow setting for 8 hours (Or 4 hours on a high setting). This is a great dish to make in the morning to be eaten fresh and warm for dinner. I like adding some fresh green veggies on the side. This meal is high in protein and will keep you feeling super satiated!
